Product Description Of BES2000-IZ

BES2000-IZ is a highly integrated single chip with BT 2.1+4.2 dual mode and high performance Cortex-M4F for audio and voice application. The path from the analog input through the hardware DSP core to the analog output is optimized for low latency and is ideal for AirBT*& noise cancelling headsets.
BES2000-IZ has been designed on highest level of integration to extremely reduce the number of external component. It is manufactured with advanced 40nm low power CMOS process and assembled with a 5.5*5.9mm BGA package.
