Infineon’s HITFET™+ 12V low-side smart switch portfolio has been certified and optimised for 12V automotive and industrial applications, such as power steering systems, motor control, lighting, HVAC systems and power distribution. Compared to the existing Classic HITFET™ 12V products, the HITFET™+ 12V series offers single-channel devices with a footprint reduced by up to 50 per cent and improved short-circuit robustness, as well as other additional and enhanced features.
